SoundLink Color
A simple, fun, waterproof Bluetooth speaker. Fully wrapped in a silicone housing which delivers a silky soft feel and ultimate durability. The silicone boot allows for easy color variation by only requiring a single part to change in the assembly.
Early form exploration - due to cost and schedule constraints the team was required to use an existing acoustic architecture with little component layout flexibility.
SoundLink Color was Bose’s first multi-color product launch (not just black or silver). The ID and CMF teams worked in close collaboration to build, explore, and socialize the color story.
Hacked Primaries are directly inspired by the RGB values from which they are derived. They are a little off, not quite true to their purest form.
